It has little compatibility for people who do not speak English as in the mobile application

For software from the same branch, it is a cheap and efficient option, although it leaves something to be desired in certain points compared to other software such as servicenow with third-party integration

Ivanti is is a lighter system to use with all necessary features we need for our large scale operation. It is user friendly and easily works with our existing system Easy enough to use yet sophisticated enough to handle our workflow.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The simplicity with the right functions in the right place
What do you dislike most about this product?
I am not sure yet. incompatibilities and shortcomings we discovered are dealt with by the supporting dev team to meet our needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need a system for a large scale operation but want easy to use features and less complication. I think Ivanti is the way to go

The dashboard feature in Ivanti is the most user friendly I have used out of all ticketing systems

The Dashboard
What do you dislike most about this product?
Cannot copy URL and send it to a co-worker so that they can open up the ticket I was viewing ( Cannot copy the ticket URL )
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A great solution for ticketing needs for any company, a very versatile dashboard that can be customized to provide a summary to view all tickets and user friendly for IT.
