Comprehensive HR and Payroll Solutions that can be scaled to the size of a small business or a large employer.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The quality of customer support and features. As my business operations grows and shrinks throughout the year, Isolved's pricing and services evolve. This has been a great option for me as I only pay for what I'm using. If my employee base shrinks or grows, so does my cost as I pay per member (employee) enrolled.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the products are not useful for my operations, While the customizability is available for a complete line of products, some of the services provided and available are not something we need.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I have had a fantastic experience with Isolved. Their platform and features are always at the forefront of technology. As a small business HR professional, I am often faced with limitations accessing certain features and services that are typically reserved for larger companies. However, Isolved has been a game-changer for me. With multiple payrolls and subsidiary companies to manage, their product has been the only service that has allowed me to offer a comparable and competitive service to my employees. The flexibility and innovation of their product have made it an invaluable asset to my business.
