Ease of use and customization

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Workflow customization and Repository reporting. The inclusion of AI is very helpful in parsing contract clauses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Almost too customizable, where you’re on your own with some functionality that is built.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get a knowledgeable implementation consultant to ensure it’s tailored and optimized for launch and a contracts Manager who is well versed in Ironclad to ensure it continues to get improved after launch.

The ease of use, version control, and workflow history.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Needs an update to allow turn-tracking to track internal teams (e.g., sales)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a good SaaS solution to manage your contracts, creates a great opportunity to track changes and is a start to finish solution when going to market.
