What differentiates QuickBooks Desktop from other similar products?

With a few simples clicks I am able to configure the approvals process, workflows and internal controls based on my personal preferences and company requirements

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

East to track and view payments, approvals, and reports and see our accounts payable liabilities

What do you dislike most about this product?

Time and expenses module can be improved to accurately capture all time and expenses for our employees and projects which automatically flows to our invoicing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

QuickBooks Desktop will do a lot for your company by automating more of your day to day financial processes like cash management, invoices and billing, expenses, payments and other transactions

What differentiates QuickBooks Desktop from other similar products?

In the accounting and administration area we always had problems with efficiently keeping the invoices and knowing on time, the accounts payable and receivable. We have everything in the same software in an orderly manner, it allows us to know the status of sales, make refunds and other functions of the administrative and accounting area.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

A very intuitive software for people with accounting knowledge. Keeping the inventory of our products is much easier with Quickbooks Desktop, we can enter all the stop available in a few steps. You can create invoices, calculate taxes and many other functions that are very useful and save a lot of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They can improve the reports that the platform generates, as they are very poor in content. When you are entering an invoice or adding products to the system, it can slow down the system causing the work to lag. Sometimes the computer has shut down unexpectedly, but we have already requested help from technical support to resolve this situation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the most complete accounting software available. Few bugs have been encountered, but the helpdesk has been very helpful in assisting us. The problems of disorganization in the department are over and with Quickbooks Desktop we can keep our invoices up to date, our taxes and our inventory.
