What differentiates QuickBooks Desktop from other similar products?

Most of QuickBooks could be learned on your own or self taught. It could also be used to create estimates for prospects, record my expenses, and review the profit and loss reports. Quickbooks is like an all in one program - payroll, AP, AR, bank recs, creates financial statements, and more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is the multiple features it offers. I use ALL of the features offered by quickbooks - payroll, AP, AR, bank recs, creates financial statements, and more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This is only useful for the tax and bookkeeping industry. I also dislike how expensive licenses cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this to small firms as it is extremely user friendly and easy to pick up for someone with zero experience. Multiple trainings could be found online or you could reach out to the Quickbooks IT team who are super friendly and helpful. They will guide you through any situations you encounter or need help with.

Because it can be configured offline, there is a degree of safety added to it.

How sturdy it is in terms of features

The fact that the info is not in the cloud.

It's good, but Quickbooks Online is better.
