The employee referral portal.

Not being privy to where the applicant is in the referral process.

What differentiates iCIMS Talent Cloud from other similar products?
Icims has better brand recognition than other products. They have invested all their money in being known as a good ATS and very little in their product or their people.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to text applicants is nice, but you can't change the area code of the number so then people think it is a scam and do not reply. It is cheaper to buy a cell phone then get icims for this one working feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The sales people were dishonest. They said they would design the website. Then after we sign the contract they say we design and they build. They then break out these hidden fees that were never mentioned, or in the contract, that you pay if you take too long to design your site. I decided to design and build ourselves so we have the flexibility to leave icims. For months they cant get our analytics to work and they wont work on our tickets or reply to us (I'm talking like 10-11 months with no reply). The interview scheduler also does not work and they cant fix it. You receive no support and no contact after implementation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go with literally any other product. This one is terrible. They used their money to build a brand that is not real. The product, the service, implementation, and the sales people are all the worst I have delt with from any vendor, including ADP.
