A Software to improve processes

Likeliness to Recommend

8 /10

What differentiates Hygraph from other similar products?

The comparison is clear with Cockpit was born from the need to build a simple dynamic site. Sure, Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, and all other full-stack content management systems are possible solutions for that task.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows you to create a hosted GraphQL content API for your sites and applications, while giving content publishers all the tools they need to get their work done.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While it is very good, I would like to see the product improve its reporting engine even more, at the moment I am between GoogleAnalytics and the Image report, but putting all of this together would be nice.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software helps businesses, sports organizations, and media companies unleash the value of their ever-growing content libraries by providing a fast, secure, and highly customizable content management platform.

Pros

What differentiates Hygraph from other similar products?

The fact it is built with GraphQL at the heart of it which empowers the dev team to build amazing features for the content team and the ability to drive better experiences on the website. They have a management SDK which means we can make adjustments to the CMS via code and version control those changes. Also they are more than just a CMS as we also use them as a DAMP (Digital asset management platform). Lastly the service is unparalleled in my opinion. If I have an issue I get a response ASAP and fixes are pushed very quickly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

GraphQL, Management SDK, Custom Service, Blog articles and the Slack community.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing I think overall it is very good.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a CMS that is headless and will scale with your business then GraphCMS is the way to go. They are constantly adding new features and improving existing ones and if you need to ask questions their slack community is great.
