What differentiates Hygraph from other similar products?

For a static website it's fantastic as they have a very competitive entrance product that suits all you need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Allows our customers to manage and own their own content

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some things are a bit clunky and we need to use the API

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Spend some time learning how to use it - you won't get it right first time, but don't worry!
