What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

Flexibility towards configuration and customization, it allows beautifully mapping of processes through out different department like Sales, marketing and services.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Screen modifications , this is with smart fields and drop downs plus the same is reflected in my reports

What do you dislike most about this product?

Connectors with multiple ERP for integrations are not available, plus CRM sometimes do not display data from the multiple sources

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This can be used as a good lead management tool for Inside sales team and sales managers, web browser view on mibile phone is as similar to mobile app for field service team.
