What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

Very intuitive CRM system, has really nice features like Deal pipeline view which allows employees to visually see a lot of information on the same page. Great CRM tool for small and large businesses alike, like nice interface, clear and concise way to organise sales pipeline and creating deals. A lot of other softwares have similiar feautures just not as fine tuned

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Templates Tool, has allowed staff to save a lot of time and prevent wasting of time by repeating the same communication to each customer, this feature allows us to send personalised templates depending on how far along the pipeline a customer is.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't really something I dislike about this product to be honest, it has done exactly what promised - maybe the pricing gets more expensive with more licences but that is as expected

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

10/10 would recommend if you are looking for a software that will manage your CRM in a very organised way, a must for any sales company, allows to set reminders, follow up, can use as CRM or sales pipeline in general - depending on needs.

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

The cost as compared to all the features that one gets is unmatched. While quite a few other CRMs provide a variety of features, this does it all in one spot.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's the best CRM for mobile use which makes life quite a bit easier when on the road.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It seems to go down for a few minutes once a week, which is frustrating but not a massive issue.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get it and don't look back because it's the best value, with mobile features, for your money.

What differentiates HubSpot Sales Hub from other similar products?

Hubspot Sales Hub while limited in many ways compared to other tools is a great starting point for small teams. You are able to follow the process of a deal and all the necessary steps included from quote building to contract execution.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate the opportunity to upgrade to different types of services from marketing to services to operations. The upgrades are all on the same platform so you do not have to deal with completely new platforms to go back and forth between.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be limited if you already have experience with other platforms such as salesforce which is very extensive in comparison. For teams smaller than 8 I highly suggest using this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend taking advantage of all the documentation in place to utilize all aspects of the platform and they have a great onboarding program where you have several sessions with your own consultant.
