What differentiates Looker from other similar products?

It is much easier to consume. The breadth of data visualization features make it easier for non-technical users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The breadth of visualizations. It’s so easy to quickly convey critical insights. I also love that it connects easily with Snowflake.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It requires manual implementation. It’s not great as a self-serve tool for end users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be sure to consider other options like Pendo depending on your use case.
