What differentiates Looker from other similar products?

It has a unique, easy-to-use interface to arrange data from our database that requires no SQL knowledge. In addition, it has a powerful and intuitive visualization method that makes reporting super easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to create segments and user clusters without any SQL knowledge.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The custom fields filters are hard to use, they could be easier to set up and use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great product that will boost your team analisis capabilities and results.
