Not The Best UX, Difficult to Implement

What differentiates Gainsight PX from other similar products?
I thought the rules engine was actually fairly useful. I also enjoyed the NPS functionality. But I wouldn't say Gainsights implementation of these features truly differentiates if from other products in the same space.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As stated before I liked the rules engine and NPS.I think the potential is there and there is a lot of gold buried underneath the surface. Over time I think this product could really improve and turn into a winner with the right leadership.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The implementation and setup is always a problem, even months later. I find navigating through the product is cumbersome and never intuitive. Im often lost and don't know how to get to where I want to go. It's just super clunky and therefore time consuming to get anything of value done. It feels like all the separate pieces of the product don't communicate with one another. Customization needs a lot of work. This product just didn't work for our organization and I feel there are better alternatives out there.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a trial run before signing up for a contract. Give them a time frame for them to set it up and implement it across your organization, and if they don't make it you should just end it there.
