What differentiates Gainsight PX from other similar products?
For not having used a similar product in previous jobs, it was easy to use and nice that it can be customized in many different ways.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The dashboard can show you all kinds of helpful metrics chosen by you with the ability to deep drive into any of the data with a simple click
What do you dislike most about this product?
The product is clunky and frequently has data pulling issues. Our Gainsight experts in-house are often having to fix reporting issues in the software, making some of the data unreliable
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Honestly, I would not use it just because of all the data issues I have encountered. I end up having to check the information from other software we use to get the correct information.

Gainsight PX provides a incredible level of detail on how our product is being used and allows us to directly engage with users to gain feedback, satisfaction scores, and insights on a level we could not with other software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of this product is the ability to review usage and adoption metrics on my dashboard to help guide product development decisions. This allows for clear KPIs and followup within our organization with easy to interpret data.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The learning curve setting this up accurately with our product was a challenge. This may be unique to our product due to its complexity and multiple platforms, but often we needed to double check certain data points to ensure we connected the events correctly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a product that you will need to have a champion or specialist be focused on - to drive adoption, provide training, and draw out the business value. While the basics are pick up and go, you will need to work diligently with your staff to ensure they understand the data being presented and how to use it.
