What differentiates FileHold from other products its ease of use, reliability security and robust capabilities, and tons of features. An easy to work with the technical support team and affordability of the product that makes it shine from other similar products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that Filehold converts the paper files into a pdf very easily by scanning them. It makes management of files very easy. It has centralized all our information in the cloud and with powerful advanced search, it let us locate files fast. Multiple people can view the same document with FileHold. It is easy to use and file sharing is effortless.
What do you dislike most about this product?
FileHold does a great job at ensuring we stay organized and i can't find any serious issues with the software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
FileHold is reliable and easy to use. Technical support is responsive and works great when contacted. It is cost-effective, secure with tons of features that can help your organization improve on document management.

What differentiates FileHold from other similar products?
We chose Filehold because it was cheaper, easy to use, and scalable for our growing business. The tons of features have helped us manage and handle our document practice. The searching capabilities are second to none that help us find documents fast and easily. With its great capabilities and features, we found it to be the best and complete document management system.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Converting paper files into PDF is easy to process by scanning them. It centralizes files which makes it easy to locate them when we need of them. The advanced feature also helps us find a specific file fast which saves time for us. Our workflows are more efficient now and its integration with our existing system is incredible. The ease of using Filehold has attracted many of our competitors that want to use the program too.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The glitch of the system sometimes causes interruptions with our workflow but still perfect for us in managing iles.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend signing in up for an introductory webinar to receive a deeper understanding of the software in order to make use of it fully.

What differentiates FileHold from other similar products?
Filehold offers a centralized storage place with easy file transfer. the user-friendly user interface makes it easy to scan files. It provides an easy way of tracking files and helps us to be in control of our data at all times. It works well by providing a paperless office environment in our organization enabling us to manage the entire document management lifecycle.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that with filehold it has a user-friendly interface and integrates easily with our systems. It has saved us time that we used to look through unorganized files before and we have gone green as every file is stored securely in the cloud. It also provides a robust workflow with many features that help in managing files.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The pricing is a bit high compared to other similar products but works wonderfully for managing files.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The program is easy to use and install. Client services are very responsive and positively attend to all queries leaving us satisfied. It eliminates paperwork and makes the processing of workflows easy and fast. Files are stored securely and can be retrieved with ease.
