What differentiates Field Effect MDR from other similar products?

Understanding that IT firms or departments might not have the time to analyze all aspects of security before acting and helping them, but still providing information and availability for those who wish to know more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The details in the recommendations allowing a lot of our techs to act and start helping the client as soon as we receive them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The portal would benefit from some improvements for multi-tenants concerning warnings and notifications, if they are already using integrations to manage the alerts and recommendations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Benefit from interacting with the sales and technical team to try the product and see how it can help you. It should be the most convincing way to see the benefits!
