Great Support. Great realtionship with our Sales person. Enjoy the monthly webinars with information and latest security threats

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use. Quickly glance at ARO's to determine next course of action for troubleshooting issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Licensing portal is a little clunky. Would like better pricing on higher tier seats

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Full MDR product protecting end points and cloud. The latest AIDR tool is great for detecting unwanted AI tools.

What differentiates Field Effect MDR from other similar products?

From real-time surveillance to actions taken, Field Effect is very quick and simple to use. Navigation Field Effect Vision to eradicate AROs is very simple. All of the necessary tools are essentially one click away.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Recommendations given by the team on how to solve potential issues. Each ARO (Action, Recommendation or observations) is given a score on the severity of the issue which will allow IT tackle higher priority issues

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very little to dislike about the services. While Field Effect Vision is very simple to use, the features might be buried away within the menu. However, after a little bit of digging, the layout of services all makes sense

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended for IT MDR usage. The communication and response between clients, IT and Field Effect make this an extremely efficient piece for any business
