Advances in AI detection and response without increased costs to current product, ongoing product development and improvements

Vendor Support and Expertise in the field. Also its Canadian.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The recent change where the network boxes now have to be self purchased through Synnex downloads the difficult hardware acquisition problem we are all experiencing to the MSP/Client

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As an MSP - its the best product of its kind out there. Sing up.

What differentiates Field Effect MDR from other similar products?

Is an all in one product allowing us to close contracts for other services that aren't as wide reaching.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SEAS (Suspicious Email Analysis Service) is a standout feature of MDR because it gives users a simple way to submit suspicious emails for expert analysis. Instead of guessing whether an email is safe, employees can quickly report it, allowing threats such as phishing, malware, and social engineering attacks to be identified and correlated across the organization. This reduces risk, improves security awareness, and helps stop email-based threats before they can impact the business.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Client facing documentation could be dumbed down a little for non-techy clients and more available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Know your IT environment before hand. Knowing allows for correct pricing.
