Field effective has a robust offering as standard that others either don't offer or charge for.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The product can do so much that it replaces several things in my stack
What do you dislike most about this product?
Navigating and understanding it took adjustment from what we had before. Once we learned the process, we were able to get things lined out well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't just do a demo, actually deploy it and use it. You will get a feel for how it helps you day to day.

Easy to implement and simple enough for our costumer to understand to importance of it

Hard to chose, but I would say AIDR, it really simplify my job

For now, I don't have any down point to spot, except that ARO generate a lot of tickets

What differentiates Field Effect MDR from other similar products?
What has differentiated for me was the sales team. Honestly I felt like they cared about us as a client and our longevity for a relationship. We have a strong tech stack and to include a product as strong as Field Effect and with a team that supports us within a moments notice whether it is sales or technical is refreshing. Our service team thoroughly enjoys using it and the ease of execution makes it a smooth process.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Honestly, our favorite aspect is that it is Canadian owned. Clients and prospective clients appreciate us trying to keep things local and support our own economy. I know that has nothing to do the MDR portion but it is a bit part of what we favorite about it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The amount of alerts we receive and with the integration into Halo PSA the client does not always match up
