It feels like we are closer to the team at FieldEffect, them being canadian, then any other competitors!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The way the chain of attack is investigated makes it really efficient!
What do you dislike most about this product?
It could integrate better with storage vendors for threat hunting!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It would be a wise choice. We have never regretted our selection of FieldEffect. We've been with them for 5+ years!

What differentiates Field Effect MDR from other similar products?
I have used several MDR products, and most are quickly put together and not truly built for MSPs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Built from the ground up and not a hacked product that has bolted on features that do not work properly. Being built from the ground up, Field Effect can communicate with the MSPs/End users to Feature requests that would be great in the community. Other than that, support is great, and the onboarding was fantastic. There was no smoke in mirrors during the purchase process, everything worked as it was sold.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some items that need to be completely built which I assume these will be finished in the future.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
They will not regret the purchase and to just give them a chance.
