What differentiates Dokmee ECM from other similar products?

This platform allows our organization to work faster and more productively, due to the automation of document capture. Allowing to transform the captured content into information that can be shared throughout the company. It offers a really good value in terms of information accessibility, security, and functionality. It is good value for money, a lot of flexibility and is very easy to learn.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows you to easily capture large amounts of documents. Provides secure storage and supports information classification to improve access and collaboration across the business. Document workflow automation has made it possible to map document activities, from data capture to archiving. It also supports viewing files in PDF, JPG, NPG, DWG, EML and other formats.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a very complete platform, although more instructions for use are needed to get started with its configuration and deployment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend the implementation of this solution because it will improve the workflow and you will have a better organization. These set of tools are essential to optimize the work of your office.
