The price and call reliability and quality from a computer without a phone.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My team uses the chat feature extensively to communicate while we work from home.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is a steep learning curve to figure out how to use the features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Set aside some time to train everyone on the features. There are a lot of things available but you have to know how to use them to get the bang for your buck.
