Dialpad Talk has a high definition video quality compared to Google Voice.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Dialpad Talk alloqs me to make free video and audio calls from anywhere there is stable internet connection.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dialpad Talk do not function while out of rich to internet connection or mobile data.

What differentiates Dialpad Ai Voice from other similar products?

The security put up is high to ensure protection of the data. It is untuitive. The UI is easy to navigate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The call quality is great , there is no delay as in VOIP. There is integration with video. The setup is easy and takes only a while and you are up and running. The converastions are transcribes. The ability to record calls is amazing. You can sync the mobile and desktop versions. Integrations with third party applications like for us salesforce.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We dislike nothing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dialpad offers great mobility, flexibility, and security to your business in terms of communication. It has incorporate artificial intelligence and give sales representative valuable informations such as call details , after call notes and real time advice. I highly recommend dialpad.
