What differentiates Daylite from other similar products?

Daylite is part of the Apple Mac environment making it stable and protected. It is priced well and provides for day to day file management as well as allowing supervisors the ability to oversee junior lawyers work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability for emails and documents to be attached to a client project or file as we call them.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes emails and documents do not attach as they should and when this happens it is annoying.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it and you will buy it.

What differentiates Daylite from other similar products?

Integrated solution within the MAC OS ecosystem; Integrated project management tools related to business leads and implementation of simple service deliveries.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Having the full database mirrored, so that working offline or in places of poor connectivity remains possible with the full range of features

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of native invoicing solution

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider your working base structure: If you have external partners needing to contribute to the CRM, then you are a) limited by the MAC OS platform and the fat-client installation (there is a web-based access currently being developed by iOSExpert - however, that is still very basic and requires still a full license for such partners)
