The look, the feel (yes - the feel), the integration, the service, the features. I can go on....

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Linking. I link everything!!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not so much the product itself but I wish some of the plug-ins were built in to the features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Like anything, you have to be sure this will work for your needs. Take it for a spin.

What differentiates Daylite from other similar products?

Made for the iOS and Mac platforms. Simple CRM. E-mail integration / tagging is the differentiator.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

E-mail integration / tagging against projects or opportunities helps me run a 'zero inbox'. And keeps all account and contact information and history accessible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UX is still a bit clunky compared to others. But it works.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It takes a while to lear how to customise best. So my advice Is to start simple.
