What differentiates Custify from other similar products?
The price definitely helps compared to other tools, they also work well with startup companies, there are a lot of features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It was super nice to recontact users who churned or were about to churn using workflows.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UX can get weirdly complex and unusable if you don't know what you are doing. It would definitely need a completely new look.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's cheap as a CSM tool definitely, especially for startups and it does the job, but needs a lot of time investments to understand how to use it properly, otherwise it can be a big pain.
