The trail period is great as it allows you to clearly understand the product and see the ease in how to use it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That you have specific and general testing to help identify the best fit for your team and position.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That there needs to be more of a database of job template examples that you can select from so you can see if you are selecting a person that compares with the industry nationwide,

What differentiates Criteria from other similar products?
The detailed reports of the applicant and their test results, Give you a really good picture of how they may fit into your organization. Other testing companies we used did not give us this level of detailed information or offer as many different tests. I also like how Criteria is constantly updating and adding new features to help businesses like ours.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How easy and user-friendly the database is to navigate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost is a bit higher than we were hoping to pay but so far it has been worth the cost.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a comprehensive profile on an applicant before hiring them, this is the product for you. It helps ease your interview process and also is a time saver.
