What differentiates Coveo Relevance Cloud from other similar products?

Coveo's machine learning was next-level and the customer success team worked very closely with me to obtain the full benefit of the contract.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to parse and define your users and tune the engine to deliver relevant results based on the users' demographic makeup.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Personally, there was a learning curve in regards to digging deep into the session analytics. While the Customer Success teams were great at providing dashboards, I would have liked more out-of-the-box examples to learn & play with myself.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Listen to the Customer Success team and plan ahead in regards to being able to take action on any recommendations made in an Executive Business Review by the Vendor.

The personal approach they take when implementing and supporting the product. Your suggestions are important to them and they add those suggestions into the product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to customize how data is indexed and the unique experiences you can create for those that use the tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has so many options and features that it’s hard to know which is the best choice for your source.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pilot the product and ask honest questions about how others use the tool. Start small but dream big.
