What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?
Our decision was made on a cost/features/benefits case. While there are more advanced platforms available SharpSpring offered the functionality we needed at a competitive cost.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use, it's a pretty intuitive platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile application isn't the best. It can also run a little slow at times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommend the platform if you are working to a budget.

sharpspring is the best

What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?
It is better to use SharpSpring than other programs since it provides better customer service, is simple to use, and has several features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We've used SharpSpring for our own marketing automation, email campaigns, and social media promotions. It's been a great experience for our customers because of our ability to generate prospects. We use SharpSpring to automate cross-selling and to remain in contact with current clients since it provides a wealth of information about how leads are produced. Before SharpSpring, we considered both HubSpot and Infusionsoft, but SharpSpring is the greatest fit for us. Totally worth every cent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Monitoring of social media should be done more effectively. In all other respects, this is an excellent product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Before SharpSpring, we considered both HubSpot and Infusionsoft, but SharpSpring is the best option for us. Absolutely worth every cent and more.

What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?
This tool has helped us a lot in generating numerous leads and converting them into our regular customers. Our emails can be tracked into the CRM and we no more have to copy/paste all our conversations. This is a real pleasure. Pretty forms can be created easily. It offers a powerful and valuable integration and has reduced the workload .It ensures that go side-by-side and can have an integrated approach.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
our customers as well as for ourselves for different purposes like automated marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing. leads that we provided them with – thanks to SharpSpring. SharpSpring provides a great deal of insight about the leads and we also make use of the automation tools for cross-selling.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The least inspiring part of SharpSpring is its email builder because it offers a limited number of design options. Also, the editing demands more time than normal, especially for the newcomers which indicates a steeper learning curve.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are planning on using SharpSpring, do take the online classes for a better understanding and more efficient usage of the tool. you will quickly learn how to portray the complete picture. Best of luck!
