What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?
Our company is now stable and it's doing very well all thanks to SharpSpring. We now easily generate leads, launch marketing campaigns and mass emails. My utmost favorite one is its reporting feature. We look into our daily analytics, goods and bads, work on them and the next day it’s a totally different game changer for us. I will not say that it helps you turn everything over in just one day but you will be able to change the game with consistency, patience and a good platform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
SharpSpring is not your regular marketing platform. It is much more than that! You can easily generate leads, increase sales that will eventually help you boost your revenue. We started using it when we're on the edge of giving up. It was our last shot and I bet you it was worth it.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We can say that it does not work well on iPads. We can switch the device but sometimes when you are working on your on-the-go mode, it is much easier to use an iPad. However, you might face some trouble and issues with it. Don’t worry, just change the device!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are a growing business or just started, it’s the right platform for you in all aspects. They have very reasonable and flexible contracts. The price is pocket-friendly and you can enhance your growth with a very reasonable software.

What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?
Marketo is an expensive platform but is worth considering in comparison to this platform, as it is shows more advanced features, Hubspot is a more popular alternative and serves the same purposes and is worth considering.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
That I like about this platform is that there are no long term contracts, if I want to change provider I only have to notify 30 days before, my experience has been mainly bad with this platform due to the lack of follow up and interest in my projects by the creator group, I have asked for help and very little has been given to me, I have created marketing campaigns which have been difficult to have an adequate follow up due to the lack of understanding.
What do you dislike most about this product?
has a bad tracking of the cost of the campaigns, it does not have an intuitive design, it does not make deepening in the campaigns, the functionality of sending emails is very slow, as well as the speed of the site, which makes it a platform with many deficiencies that need to be improved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would not recommend it, it is quite problematic when it comes to managing marketing campaigns, but what was not good for me, maybe for someone else it will not be, it is a matter of trying with the work management of each person, personally it did not work for me.

The tool is resourceful in that it not only handles marketing needs but also comes with effective CRM features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that this tool is easy to understand and use I like that there are many features and the tool is very handy - it comes with both marketing an CRM features

Nothing to complain about SharpSpring, It is one of the best products I have used in a long time.

I would recommend this tool both as a marketing solution and for CRM needs.
