Moreover, the interface of this software is nice and easy to navigate. Within my organization it has been instrumental in allowing me to automate marketing processes, open a new communication opportunity through email, get campaign information and email statistics and much more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find email automations to be useful but also very difficult to set up; other than that there is nothing I don't like about this software.

It is a great marketing alternative especially for small to medium sized businesses; it is robust, easy to use, has an easy to understand interface and useful features that make life easier for teams while bringing them closer to customers. Highly recommended.

What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

A great platform for all types of marketing functionalities at one platform. There is room to improve in the integration part here, it does not integrate really well with other platforms and it becomes a hassle sometimes. If this issue can be resolved this will become much easier for us on so many levels. SharpSpring is not your regular marketing platform. It is much more than that! You can easily generate leads, increase sales that will eventually help you boost your revenue. We started using it when we're on the edge of giving up. It was our last shot and I bet you it was worth it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can easily generate leads, launch marketing campaigns and mass emails. My most favorite one is its reporting feature. We look into our daily analytics, goods and bads, work on them and the next day it’s a totally different game changer for us. I will not say that it helps you turn everything over in just one day but you will be able to change the game with consistency, patience and a good platform.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We can say that it does not work well on iPads. We can switch the device but sometimes when you are working on your on-the-go mode, it is much easier to use an iPad. However, you might face some trouble and issues with it. Don’t worry, just change the device.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is the right platform for you in all aspects. They have very reasonable and flexible contracts. The price is pocket-friendly and you can enhance your growth with a very reasonable software.
