What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Friendly user Interface, Version Control, Collaboration with Third-party apps. Role based access along with Collaboration with teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Independent spaces for employees and teams, pre-loaded templates, Real time collaboration and @ notifications making easy to work

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't think I dislike confluence. compared to other apps confluence is great in UI and collaboration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great choice if your looking for documenting the Process, Knowledge sharing across the teams, or company wide. A centralised Knowledge sharing platform.

if you are looking for a tool to document and store in different spaces for the different teams, go for confluence. it has the best version control in case of mistakes.
