What differentiates CMW Platform from other similar products?

The ease of use, great features and the value addition it brings differentiates CMW Platform from other similar Products. It is very user friendly as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I think it is the Workflow Management where the Product really does wonders. It is the best tool for Work Flow Management. Drag and Drop workflow makes it easy for users to design and configure. Analytics and Reporting features helps in getting useful data for making well informed decisions for the business. Helps in Automation of work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Organizations like NGO's might not be able to afford the software as it is expensive. It is not integrated with Microsoft Outlook and Sharepoint. Rest I am fine with other features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you wish to automate your work flow and get reports for making informed decision for your company, the CMW Platform is an excellent Platform to be purchased. The ROI is quite good over long term.
