Dashboard is my favorite aspect of CTM.

It's self service. If you need help, you have to go through a ticket system.

Make sure you buy a plan set up package to get you started.

It is very friendly user compared to others. And the support are very professional and helpful too.

The call recording because you can access it anytime.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far.. I have no dislikes on this product, it’s almost perfect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Well, I guess the soft phone it should be like a mobile phone that we are using in a daily basis.
