- Ease of use & set up - Effective Google Analytics tracking implementation - Audio playback of phone calls effective for managing call tracking quality & sales team quality

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- Audio playback of phone calls alongside marketing medium sources in order to track phone call conversion quality per marketing medium (Google Ads for example)

What do you dislike most about this product?

N/A - I have not experienced anything negative about the product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

- Ensure proper tracking via Google Analytics & ensure all CTM goals implemented in Google Ads are properly tracked in order to track phone call quality properly.

What differentiates CallTrackingMetrics from other similar products?

I haven't used other products, so I'm not sure. But I am impressed at the amount of new product innovations they launch regularly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate that the UI hasn't changed a lot since I'm used to it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Also, the UI (haha). it's not good, but now that I've learned it, I can use it. It just seems way too complex and that it needs a serious restructuring.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use their support. They are great on the phones.
