What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
The rate at which Brevo delivers emails is truly outstanding. Be it transactional emails, order confirmations, or crucial customer notifications, I have confidence in Brevo's ability to consistently ensure they reach the recipients' inboxes. This has notably enhanced customer engagement and satisfaction, as they receive prompt and precise updates from my business that other similar providers cannot deliver
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I appreciate the flexibility of selecting my pricing tiers depending on the number of emails I dispatch rather than the quantity of contacts in my account. Even though I have over 20,000 emails in my account, it doesn't imply that I conduct an email campaign to all those addresses each month.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although Brevo is typically easy to navigate, there are some aspects where the user interface could be enhanced. For instance, the menu layout can occasionally be perplexing, requiring some effort to locate specific features. Furthermore, the size of some email templates is substantial, leading to longer loading times. This can be inconvenient when one is attempting to swiftly set up an email campaign.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend this tool to anyone looking to use it for email marketing and social media marketing at a good pricing

What differentiates Brevo from other similar products?
Brevo has fair pricing compared to other similar products that have been evaluated, they have free WhatsApp integrations where other providers offer the same at an extra cost, and you receive maximum support regardless of the pricing plan you subscribe to.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the WhatsApp schedule; you can schedule when the WhatsApp campaign can be sent and this saves me a lot of time
What do you dislike most about this product?
They should consider having a live chat since the ticketing system takes longer to respond to tickets and this makes our work slow when there is a serious issue affecting our use of the product, especially product issues
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a smaller contact list and would use a very friendly cost tool, then Brevo is an answer, and I highly recomment the solution

The fact that it is a fascinating and appealing tool now helps the staff feel engaged and inspired to incorporate it into the activities. This is mainly due to its easy and light handling, one of its key advantages. Also, you should always provide great pricing plans to make clients want to add it to their company even more.
What do you dislike most about this product?
As it has met my requirements, I have not encountered any problems or issues with this tool thus far; on the contrary, it is effective and productive.

I suggest this tool to any company because of the great value it adds to the marketing realm. Brevo is not only multipurpose but also online, simple to use, and requires little time to educate employees to use.
