Brandwatch (combined with Falcon.io) is a digital consumer intelligence company, allowing users to analyze and utilize conversations from across the web and social media. With official access to Twitter, Reddit, and Tumblr's firehose, plus data coming from 100 million other sites, Brandwatch's historical archive includes over a trillion conversations, with 501 million new ones added every day. The platform then combines queries and AI to help you parse and analyze the data that's useful to you. From there it can be chopped, sliced, and combined to find insights you can put into action.

Dependable social tool without too many frills

What differentiates Brandwatch from other similar products?

Compared to other social management tools I've used, Faclon.io had much fewer "hiccups" like accounts becoming disconnected or posts not publishing properly. It was easily one of the most dependable tools I've used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The social publishing tool made it easy for team members to collaborate and approve content before it goes out.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't have any complaints about Falcon.io

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Falcon.io is still similar to many of the social tools on the market so be sure to compare the small differences before choosing the one that's right for you. If you're just looking for reliable publishing and basic listening capabilities, Falcon.io could be great for you.

I enjoy the integrations and blog support provided by Falcon, it feels like a community.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The support, blogs and information I'm sent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the exporting template options, once exported can be a bit clunky and unformatted.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a fantastic and reliable support, with industry professionals in the background to help, assist and guide with social content management.
