With official access to Twitter, Reddit, and Tumblr's firehose, plus data coming from 100 million other sites, Brandwatch's historical archive includes over a trillion conversations, with 501 million new ones added every day. The platform then combines queries and AI to help you parse and analyze the data that's useful to you. From there it can be chopped, sliced, and combined to find insights you can put into action.

Brandwatch's ability to create & track social audiences through audience panels means you can build & track marketing personas in social, study trends, sentiment & influencers. Vizia is a brilliant visual tool embedded in Brandwatch for data visualisation, with useful data plug ins.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Consumer research using the social audience panels - very easy to setup. Social listening is also very strong in Brandwatch, providing comprehensive sentiment & trend analysis compared to competitors.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Social channel integration & hashtag management on the backend can be inefficient

What differentiates Brandwatch from other similar products?
I think the dashboards are amazing, and powerful visualization of data for analysis.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to constantly expand my data coverage in both FB and IG, the automation rules and many other features, makes this a very complete tool. And I absolutely love Brandwatch is updated almost everyday!
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have been having some issues with queries suspending the data collection all of a sudden.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Brandwatch is a game changer, you will have to invest and have a budget for this, but it is totally worth it.

What differentiates Brandwatch from other similar products?
Brandwatch helps us analyze social media discussions about our clients' brands from the perspective of their customers. Many users from the same division contribute to the information that ultimately spreads throughout the company. This data is used to guide our social and content strategy for our customers, as well as the reporting of our social efforts. We heavily rely on Brandwatch's measuring features for our reports.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In order to analyze big, unstructured datasets with netnographic and qualitative methods, researchers must first collect the data and then use categories, rules, and tags to organize the collected information into thematic groups. The capacity to generate reports automatically on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis so that we may see trends and identify shifts in attitude and conduct. We are able to respond quickly to shifts in the market because to the indications we receive from Brandwatch Analytics concerning new developments in the industry, the need for crisis intervention, and sudden increases in online discourse.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Writing sophisticated queries, such as knowing where to put brackets when crafting lengthy and specific questions, can be difficult for even experienced users. More time might be spent on analysis and comparing themes and patterns if the data purification process could be automated (once again, this is related to being able to build appropriate queries to get the right data).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Brandwatch Analytics is useful for companies in circumstances when they need to know the backstory of online dialogues. It's effective with large datasets, but you'll need training and a grasp of the sort of information you're hoping to validate or investigate inside the data before diving in (which may be a lengthy process).
