What do you dislike most about this product?
What I don't like about this system is that the company must look for leading factors that allow it to create features necessary for the same, to be included in the packages of skills, competencies and techniques that employees must use to perform the company's research within the market and on the cloud.

What do you dislike most about this product?
You can use every facility provided by Birdeye Messaging on your desktop but only limited features can be used on mobile. There is no proper guidance and instructions for new users. It should show the instructions on how to post reviews for businesses. When you want customer support you may have to explain your problem multiple times. Your problems may also left unsolved in some cases.
