What differentiates Birdeye from other similar products?
Birdeye makes analysis easy and manageable because it uses graphs, statistics, numerical comparisons, qualitative information, and elementary and quantifiable data that users can access quickly and securely. The software is designed to be used by professionals with a general knowledge of competitive intelligence and market intelligence. It provides advisory and consulting services on the processes, tools, applications and integral functions of the system, allowing the gathering of the necessary information on technology/customer/market/user/competition, among others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It shows your strategic information based on key topics or content for competitive and market intelligence. Likewise, this platform can work and integrate your tools and services or work independently based on other systems without altering them. It can securely host all the information without affecting the system installed on the device. It works through a complete CI engine with an efficient flow of information (before, during and after) to obtain this market/customer/competitor information. It is a robust, compelling and efficient operating system that can study user/customer performance that increases significantly within the company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When there is no rigorous analysis and detailed validation on accuracy, logic and consistency checks, cross-checks between sources, verification with experts, etc.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The system can be accessed across devices (PC, mobile, Tablet, iPhone) and different platforms. You can create a final report with all the information gathered, allowing you to apply Competitively and Market Intelligence to the data and correctly determine how to approach an ongoing project or start another one. The company benefits from Competitive and Market Intelligence throughout the year.

What differentiates Birdeye from other similar products?
It assists our business in monitoring feedback across sites and responding to them appropriately. We've feedback and can interact via Birdeye too. It permits us to read reviews written on sites other than the application, like Google. When I can't sort out something, I contact my agent, and they always answer quickly. They inquire whether I would like them to contact me or whether they can give screenshots of what I've been doing. After we spoke, they even ran files for me to present to clients. Texting consumers shortly after they depart has significantly raised our monthly status score.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Birdeye has assisted our firm in reviewing and responding to all customer feedback from various platforms. It's an excellent solution for raising our business' visibility and tracking customer satisfaction. Birdeye Teammates are well-trained and Quick to Respond. I particularly enjoy how they interact with our different software products to trigger activities such as feedback and survey requests. Now that we're set up, introducing extra sites is a breeze. Ticketing is one of our favorite things.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Whenever a client tries to contact the company, but that's because we have several options for our customers to do so and we do not even have them using this software to do so. Several individuals are sending texts to the reviewing request's cell phone number. We're messages, however, we're still not sure what's going on. We get frauds as well; however, I block them immediately as I understand they're scams.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For your business or organization, it is well worth the cost. A recommended SMS marketing tool for any small business to succeed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is offered to organizations that use a lot of internal and external information, from different sources of knowledge, content, topics and users with different professional roles. It monitors and executes competitive sentiment, real-time trend and Web analysis. Performs full-text search from filters that generate key information for the organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I don't like about this system is that the company must look for leading factors that allow it to create features necessary for the same, to be included in the packages of skills, competencies and techniques that employees must use to perform the company's research within the market and on the cloud.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The engine to obtain information about customers, competitors, products, markets, technologies, trends, among others; turns it into actionable big data with ease, allowing less time to be spent on searching and more on analyzing the organization's data. These are analyzed, with clear images of unique graphs that allow you to identify medium and long term trends. The simple proposition of storing and tagging intelligence and then sending alerts to business stakeholders, to different groups depending on their area of interest, happens on a daily basis and is a benefit that allows you to visualize that there is a fairly fluid flow of information
