What differentiates Birdeye from other similar products?

Since we have been using this tool, we have greatly improved our online Birdeye, in the different branches we have, since it allows us to monitor each review that is subscribed to our organization in each social network, and through the different tools it has, we can collect data and responses from the different communication channels and create accurate responses for our customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a management of negative comments, where it allows us to analyze in detail each negative comment of our services and respond appropriately, so that the customer changes his review and opinion. It also allows the programming of the publications that we make in the different social networks, in this way we can have control and supervision of all the comments that are generated through the different communication channels.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like the alarms and notifications of incidents to occur in real time, this way we can correct the negative comments, giving an accurate response. The tools for the different surveys I find them very complicated, since it is a very long process that we need to carry out a survey on social networks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We use Birdeye to manage our online reputation and customer experience across all organizations. Birdeye improves our online presence by increasing the quantity and quality of reviews and overall rating levels. Birdeye also improves the customer experience by giving us the visibility and tools we need to quickly resolve any customer concerns or issues.

What differentiates Birdeye from other similar products?

It assists our business in monitoring feedback across sites and responding to them appropriately. We've feedback and can interact via Birdeye too. It permits us to read reviews written on sites other than the application, like Google. When I can't sort out something, I contact my agent, and they always answer quickly. They inquire whether I would like them to contact me or whether they can give screenshots of what I've been doing. After we spoke, they even ran files for me to present to clients. Texting consumers shortly after they depart has significantly raised our monthly status score.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Birdeye has assisted our firm in reviewing and responding to all customer feedback from various platforms. It's an excellent solution for raising our business' visibility and tracking customer satisfaction. Birdeye Teammates are well-trained and Quick to Respond. I particularly enjoy how they interact with our different software products to trigger activities such as feedback and survey requests. Now that we're set up, introducing extra sites is a breeze. Ticketing is one of our favorite things.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Whenever a client tries to contact the company, but that's because we have several options for our customers to do so and we do not even have them using this software to do so. Several individuals are sending texts to the reviewing request's cell phone number. We're messages, however, we're still not sure what's going on. We get frauds as well; however, I block them immediately as I understand they're scams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For your business or organization, it is well worth the cost. A recommended SMS marketing tool for any small business to succeed.
