What differentiates Bigtincan Content Hub from other similar products?
The document automation aspect of the platform a huge differentiator. Having a pharmaceutical background, I've used competitor platforms that haven't provided the document integration. The lack of document automation increases the resources that are need to approve our documents and content. Overall, this delays the sales team to close deals and find new client opportunities. Being able to integrate documents with regulated compliant language is extremely beneficial and efficient.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Content curation is my favorite aspect of the platform. It allows our sales teams to create content booklets of different materials to present to customers. Also, I appreciate that the content and material can be accessed without Wifi.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The real time analytics aren't always in real time. On multiple accounts this particular feature has failed to load. While connecting with the support team at BigTinCan resolves the issue at the time of the call the issue later arises once again. This feature presents itself an unreliable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product is great for content creation. Highly recommend leveraging the training videos to maximize the platform. The integration capabilities can benefit the organization immensely.
