What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
Requesting vacation or sick leave. I can immediately and clearly see my advantages. I may also utilize the directories or the organizational charts to contact anybody in my company. It's also convenient to be able to do self-evaluation and obtain quarterly feedback. It enables me to keep on the similar page as my management in terms of my productivity and areas wherein I may have to progress.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
BambooHR simplifies major HR administrative tasks considerably quicker and less time demanding. The analyses are really simple to get, produce, and edit if necessary to obtain the data I want to make educated judgments and demonstrations. Personalization is as simple as contacting the support staff through phone or email, and they've always been a pleasure to deal with. Ultimately, I appreciate that BambooHR responds to my comments and loves making significant adjustments and upgrades.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Massive benefits registration in BambooHR would've been excellent. Right now, we can monitor enrollments, but workers can't finish the open registration procedure unless they include pdf papers for approvals, so it isn't a perfect option for us currently.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I appreciate that BambooHR responds to my comments and loves making significant adjustments and upgrades.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
BambooHR is simple, clean, and encompassing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how it has all of the features with payroll, recruiting/hiring, timekeeping, benefits, and performance management all in one.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be nice to see when a change request is made to see where it is at in the approvals process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Dive into all of the features and see if it is what you need.
