It has a wide range of functions that offers to create a follow-up of all the activities and a security analysis in your organization, without a doubt the best human resources platform, which can be used through the cloud, has all the functions and essential features for the realization and creation of a wide database, of all employees, allows us to manage all calendars, comments, all employees, interviews and evaluations, allows us to create a better workflow and manage all payroll and all our company staff.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike so far, it's one of the best platform for creating all different portals for your employees, it's a great platform for HR and all employees, it provides them with great functions and features, by means of which can manage all payroll, records and human resources, BambooHR is one of the best software that is secure and very easy to use, it has really been quite an excellent experience for our organization, it has allowed us to maintain productivity and perform better from our workflow.

I recommend it to store all the important documents of the organization and employees, thanks to its breadth of functions it allows us to collect and organize all the necessary information of the employees, to increase productivity and efficiency in our organization, it is an excellent platform that It has an incredible library of content and a wide variety of webinars.

High level of customer service, quick response time from customer service, ability to customize and help us when we aren't sure what it is we really need.

Applicant experience - allows same applicant to apply to job dozens of times creating multiple duplicate applications

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a fabulous solution for a small to midsize organization. Our organization is probably one of the larger clients on their platform but they give us plenty of attention when we need assistance.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

Very easy to use, switching from using Excel sheets to using BambooHR was a breeze; once set up, it is efficient, and it is loved by the staff as well. They have control of booking their time off and can see what time they have available. BambooHR support is very responsive and customizing tabs etc. through them helps make the system work for you.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of the interface and mobile application access has produced wonderful results in maintaining the people tools like booking leaves and etc. it also have good view of people in hierarchy and organisation chart.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing specific we can point out as negative in application. It has all the required information and fields. The only improvement which I see is the search option. Some time it doesn't work in the mobile app. Might be some issue specifically in my app however can be rectified with an improvement update

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For startups managing people and their administrative tasks is very important. This tool will definitely help.
