What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ATS makes me gain a lot of time, is very user friendly, and enables you to automate many tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the features are updated without any notice.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you consider it for the ATS system, it is very effective. I feel like it differentiates a little less for the other HR management aspects (benefits, performance...)

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

We can monitor the progress of each division and the chances available to aid with staff retention thanks to the time tracking on projects and the many reports. The employee's and my personal details are easily accessible, making the onboarding process quick and painless. Benefits monitoring is a nice extra, too.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I think the performance evaluation system is fantastic. My company's previous system was cumbersome and time-consuming in comparison to this one. In addition to being straightforward and uncomplicated, it's also quite user-friendly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

They have a poor payroll system. Complexity of any kind renders it useless. Their sales staff guaranteed success. They provide zero assistance to their customers. We've wasted three months creating a solution that's no better than the industry standard for payroll and time tracking.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Nothing gets scattered about. In the past, information was scattered over multiple locations and mediums, making it difficult to retrieve when needed. Everything I might need is in one convenient location now.

Bamboo HR offers an additional employee time-tracking app to automatically record activity for hourly employees. Timesheets are easily approved, and reports are available summarizing the results across multiple employees. Another unusual feature of BambooHR is the strong 'self-reporting' functionality of the system BambooHR comes with a comprehensive free trial, without tricks or traps.You have the time to ascertain whether the platform is right for you, without any pressure or expectations. A comprehensive online support database answers most queries regarding the platform. For anything else, there is live in-person support via several different channels. Partner integrations include applicant tracking systems, payroll, background checks, and identity management systems. This makes it easy to slot BambooHR seamlessly into your existing tech stack. It also supports business preference —if you would prefer to work with your existing payroll platform

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of pricing transparency- The pricing of the two core packages is not provided on the company website. This makes it difficult for prospective purchasers to compare the price against other products. Cloud-only BambooHR is a cloud solution and does not support self-hosted data. BambooHR customer data is hosted in the United States, Canada, or Ireland, depending on where customers are based. This inevitably means giving up some degree of control of the data and creates potential vulnerabilities for the data. Lack of customization in the ‘Essentials’ package.Users are limited to a standard set of reports in the ‘Essentials’ package.

It is worth digging in more deeply to demonstrate how the key features of BambooHR work in detail.A leave management widget, giving you a quick overview of who is on leave, who has leave planned, and the leave available to the logged-in user.Announcements, which covers HR activity that has recently occurred, or needs to be actioned by the user A ‘My Benefits’ section summarizing the user’s benefits.
