What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
For payroll management, HR reports, attendance and leave, performance management among other features offered by BambooHR and ADP Workforce Now, we lean more towards bambooHr, better performance in all areas, in addition to offering a free version.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
BambooHR is software that offers the necessary tools to manage human resources jobs in the company, being easier and faster. We can do tracking, management and information of employee data, achieving an exact and perfect report; we carry out inventories, payroll, and then send them to supervision. In addition, it allows us to gather employees according to their work category, favoring our work performance and order.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be very helpful to have an option that shows when a job or replacement is available.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
BambooHR, offers a free plan, which meets most HR needs, In addition to working from anywhere, and available for mobile devices (Iphone, Ipad, android) Laptop, Pc and with access to various systems, such as Windows , among others.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
BambooHR is easy to use, saves a lot of time. You can find everything about the employees in the organisation through this app.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can ask other team members to review other fellow employees and it doesn't take that much time
What do you dislike most about this product?
Notes section in the profile is not anonymous and members can see that what notes have been added about them by their Manager!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
