We can maintain all of your new hiring documentation in one place by managing information about persons, sheets, and so on. Our new recruits can readily use it, and they are not waiting in line for a supervisor to input their new hire paperwork/direct deposit information. It is subsequently forwarded to our human resources clerk, who is in charge of office personnel.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity of use of the interface and access to the mobile app has resulted in fantastic outcomes in keeping people tools such as booking sheets, etc. It also provides an excellent perspective of individuals in the hierarchy and organizational chart. We like the responsibility we get as BambooHR team members; we can give our staff precise expectations, which helps keep our team together. It is a safe location where our employees may keep their health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, payroll information, direct deposit information, reviews, and follow-ups hidden from other employees.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform's design is antiquated and uninteresting at first appearance, but the platform's and website's accessibility compensates for this and doesn't seem to make much of a difference until you get into the depths of what the platform and BambooHR have to offer. in its entirety I am optimistic that Bamboo will be able to interface with all payroll firms and their various systems. Search function in mobile app occasionally not working, there may be some issue peculiar to my app, however it may be addressed with an enhanced update.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool definitely helps you manage people and their management tasks. Take the time to explore the different things Bamboo HR offers. It may seem a bit basic at first, but navigating the waters of this platform reveals that it's very easy to use and has most of the HR features I need in my office.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Employees, managers, and administrators all appreciate how easy it is to utilize BambooHR. It's become our go-to place for monitoring employee time and attendance, evaluating their performance, and even doing surveys about their general well-being. BambooHR is always trying to improve and add new features in response to user input. In addition, a wide range of third-party connectors are available. Excellent customer service is always available by phone, chat, or email.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no built-in scheduling options in BambooHR at this time. You can't get notifications for certain activities (such writing a remark on a coworker's profile). It is not permissible to generate signature templates in an employee's file; they must be kept in the main Files (which would be helpful if something only applies to that one employee). In spite of these flaws, BambooHR is amazing and I would still suggest it to my friends and coworkers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think you should give BambooHR a go. It's aesthetically pleasing, simple to use, and continually adding new features.
