What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
BambooHR is very intuitive. It makes it easy to figure out any new person joining the organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best part of this product is its ability to centralize any information related to anyone's direct report in one place.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The UI is a bit slow and takes some time to load. Other than that, it's a perfect tool for talent management.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If anyone is looking to manage their employee's critical information, growth, and promotion. BambooHR is the right tool to explore.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
BambooHR is better than other programs because it is easy to use, it also has many features and the user experience is very friendly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a time-tracking tool, this is just what I needed. Allows workers to request time off using the mobile app, and you can see who's off for the day and the month at a glance with notifications. In addition, BambooHR is ideal for keeping personnel information organized, since there is no need for paper files, and data can be accessed at a look. You can rapidly run reports on just about everything you could need to know. Customer service is another strong suit of BambooHR. It's convenient to be able to receive answers to my questions right away thanks to the chat option.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's nothing about it that I don't enjoy. With all of the changes they're making, I'm excited to see what more is in store. Improved: The document storage part has been redesigned and is now simpler to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd say give BambooHR a go. Using it is a pleasure since it's attractive, interesting, and simple to use, plus the company provides excellent support and updates.
