Very easy and user friendly tenant management

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Move in and move out automatic processing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer Service is hard to get ahold of when there is a problem or need for assistance. They used to have a live chat option but have removed it.

The ease of use, the integration with our company website, and the features such as excepting payments, sending notices and frequent reporting for analytics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The syndication with marketing says on the analytic reporting that comes with it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Notifications for maintenance requests are lacking.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Depending on the size of your portfolio, you might want to go with something less robust for a lower price, however, if you expect to grow your business, this is perfect.
