What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?
Its versatility, customization, and flexibility sets it apart from many similar third-party platforms. It allows us to view data, track projects in a more organized and pleasant way.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Airtable is very easy to use, to configure, it is ideal for tracking roadmaps, planning and managing my projects. I can create tables and customize fields with ease. We also like to use it to integrate with additional platforms and to keep track of all RFPs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Airtable is extremely useful and easy to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It has many capabilities for effective project management and planning, and is relatively easy to use. Airtable support is excellent and very helpful.

Spreadsheet + Database = Win

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?
Adding database capabilities (to say nothing of forms and document management) to a typical spreadsheet is huge. At first, you think it's Google Sheets. As you get deeper, it's indispensible.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to create ersatz. Something as simple as client lead tracking becomes incredibly intuitive with a lookup, a filter and a group.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The learning curve is steep. Some members of the team "don't know Airtable" and won't learn it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Invest in training the team, not just in technical skills but in understanding database functionality.

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?
We liked the path of Airtable over other competitive products for product upgrades and roadmaps. Airtable is a simple to use, setup, manage and learn tool and it totally satisfied all of our business needs with ease. I can easily coordinate our work using this tool. I enjoy that platform since it allows us to work more collaboratively on individual projects and groups of all styles.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We use Airtable for project management and productivity measurement in our department. We recently launched a customer experience project and were able to properly manage it using Airtable. Airtable allows both the team leader and the team members to track the progress of any given business process. We're using Airtable for our regular business and absolutely everything these days.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some significant disadvantages, and it has been an issue for some of our clients who require different views for different persons with varying levels of access. For example teacher, admin, student.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Before scaling up, a startup developing a web app should start with Airtable and make sure they understand what they're doing with data, procedures, and integrations. If the number and sorts of data in your spreadsheet are getting out of hand, it might be time to consider Airtable.
